Spirit

This trendy 2-star hotel is located at the same place where once the old house of the legendary “Mamma Maria” was. Mama Mariquita Hierro received in 1983 a gold medal for her efforts to promote local tourism. She started 60 years ago to cook in her house for the tourists who also came into her living room to take a rest. Every day she cooked the same food - soup, fish stew and the real “Gofio”.
