ES Horses & Horseback Riding: Finca Julie
Finca Julie, Fuerteventura’s newest Horse Riding Centre, has just opened near Villaverde in the north of the island. This family run business, operated by Irish couple Julie Allman and Paul Downes, welcomes adults and children to come and enjoy the breathtaking views of Fuerteventura on horseback. Novice or experienced riders can enjoy a 1 or 2 hour trek along relaxing mountainside trails on friendly Irish horses, and more experienced riders can be taken on an exhilarating 4 hour coastal trek with restaurant meal at journey’s end.
The Rancho Barranco de los Caballos in La Pared, Fuerteventura offers horseback riding along the Fuerteventura West coast on Andalusian Horses. Discover the wild and untouched nature and enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
Granja Tara in El Roque, Fuerteventura is a small, but fine horseback riding school and club. They offer horseback riding excursions and courses to all levels: basic, medium, advanced. You can follow an intensive (3-5 days) horse riding course. Included in all offers are food, drinks and shuttle service to Corralejo.
