Equally stress, lack of movement, a high consumption of alcohol, tobacco, sugar, coffee, medicines, lack of quality sleep, radiation, etc will lead to premature ageing due to the generation of free radicals in our body.
What can we do about this?

In view of the actual situation with regards to industrial food, it is advisable to cleanse your body well and to supplement it with natural products.
- Intake of antioxidants that will help to capture these free radicals: Vit.E, C, beta-carotene, zinc, selenium, flavonoids, Co-enzyme Q10 or fruit concentrates: açai, goji, mangosteen, pomegranate, noni, etc..

It is called oxidative stress. The more free radicals in the body the more damage to the cells, resulting in diseases. By adding fresh food to your diet you can counteract these effects with: fruit and vegetables, preferential from ecologic farming, substituting carbohydrates by integral cereals (rice, millet, quinoa, barley, buckwheat...), taking sea vegetables (algae), substituting refined sugars with grain molasses, agave, stevia (sweet herb).
- it is important to substitute the animal protein with a vegetal one: wheat gluten, tofu, tempe, vegetables or to eat more fresh fish instead of meat,
- use more seed of all kinds: sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, chia that contain a lot of healthy fats,
- you can substitute most dairy products by vegetal drinks that will not cause allergic reactions, mucus, cough and demineralisation of bones like arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. You can choose from drinks made of rice, oat, almond, hazelnut, soy (make sure it is not transgenic), buckwheat, millet and many other cereals. They are very rich in vitamins, are easy to digest and do not carry any type of saturated fat.
