This unique 18 hole course, Fuerteventura Golf Club in Castillo (Caleta de Fuste), Fuerteventura offers an exceptional practice area, driving range with more than 50 positions, green putting, green approach, bunker and Pro Shop store.
Holes 1 to 10 begin facing the ocean only to return to the same starting point. The round runs next to 3 lakes connected to a small channel. The fairways, tees and the rough present a very well kept lawn and its 67 bunkers, of little depth, integrate in the design of the course with fairways of up to 50 m in width and spacious greens with an average of more than 614 m2.
One of the unique attractions of this golf course in Fuerteventura, only 8 kms south of the island's international airport and about 200 m from the beach, is that it descends from the Club House, slightly in the direction of the sea and only the 17th and 18th holes show unevenness.
Par 70 Golf Course
Equalling the number of difficult holes with other of less difficulty and with others where strokes can be recovered, we obtain a classic par 70 course, with 12 par 4 holes, 2 par 5 and 4 par 3.
The distance of the golf championship for gentlemen is of 6,069 meters and for ladies, 5,257 m.
